You will love the Asian atmosphere at Super Moon Buffet, located in Minneapolis’ west metro city of Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. When you walk in the door, the first thing you will see is their pond with its cascading waters stocked full with Koi fish, the smell of its water instantly reminding one of being at the lake.
The Buffet has a wide variety of delicious Chinese and Mongolian dishes, more than enough to satisfy your craving for Chinese food. From Chicken and Rice to Roast Duck and Sushi, you will find whatever you desire for Chinese Cuisine here.
Some of my favorite Chinese dishes are Cashew Chicken with Rice and Vegetables, Orange Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Chicken, along with Egg/Spring Rolls and Cheese Wantons. Super delicious!
The meats are seasoned just right, tasty and tender, the vegetables cooked to perfection – sauteed, yet left with just the right amount of crispness. The egg rolls are plump and full of your favorite meats and vegetables, the flavorful soups will leave your mouth watering for more, and their great variety of desserts are more than enough to satisfy your after meal appetite for sweets.
Over the years I have dined at many Chinese Restaurants, but I still find Super Moon Buffet to be one of the best I have visited. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and when you leave, you will again enjoy the Koi pond as you exit, again reminding you of Super Moon’s great Asian culture brought to the all-American town of Saint Louis Park.
